Please note that certain industrial adhesives and custom-ordered equipment may be subject to restocking fees or specific return restrictions.

Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, nozzles, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated returns center using a traceable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
